I think that can't be right. The most well-known person would have to be well-recognized in India & China to even have a chance of getting that title.
And nobody cut across national borders like this guy, twenty-five years ago....
Just look at his impact in India: knockoff videos, a genuine star and a little person. Look at his fans in China create a dancing terrorist-infiltrator and, of course, the little children
